Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026.
The service
FacilitySecurityOfficers.org is operated by Monoc Securities LLC. It provides informational feedback on resumes for experienced and highly qualified Facility Security Officers — including, when you provide a target job description and hiring company, an informational FSO Readiness Score™ of how well your resume matches that role — plus three optional paid products: a general resume rewrite ($99.00), a job-targeted resume rewrite ($149.00), and, with the job-targeted rewrite, a tailored cover letter ($49.00). Each rewrite includes one document format (Word or PDF); the second format is a 15% add-on ($14.85 on the general rewrite, $22.35 on the job-targeted rewrite). By using the service you agree to these terms.
AI-generated content
Your feedback and score — and any rewrite or cover letter you purchase — are generated by artificial intelligence using review criteria developed by Monoc Securities LLC. They are not individually reviewed by a human. AI output can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing any document before relying on or using it.
Company research
If you provide a hiring company's website address, you represent that you may lawfully direct us to review it, and we will retrieve content from that company's own public website to inform your score and any purchased rewrite or cover letter. If the site is unavailable, the service proceeds from the job description alone. Research is used only to frame your existing experience — never to add facts about you.
Informational only; no guarantee
Our feedback and any rewrite are informational and do not constitute legal, career, or security-clearance advice. They are not an offer of employment, not a guarantee of appointment to any role, and not a guarantee of approval by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) or of clearance eligibility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of DCSA. References to 32 CFR Part 117 reflect our interpretation of publicly available guidance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By submitting a resume, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Your content, accuracy & license
You represent that the resume — and any job description or company details — you submit are truthful and yours to share. You retain ownership of your resume. You grant Monoc Securities LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your resume and related information solely to provide the service — generating your feedback and score, producing any rewrite or cover letter you purchase, and communicating with you about your review. Our rewrites and cover letters preserve the factual content you provide and do not invent experience, credentials, or clearances; you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any document before use.
Payments & refunds
Paid rewrites and cover letters are processed by Stripe; we accept card payments only. Prices are shown before checkout. Deliverables are custom-generated digital goods. All sales are final once generation of your rewrite begins. This applies equally to the cover letter and second-format add-ons, except where a refund is required by law or where we are unable to deliver your documents. If your deliverable is defective or does not arrive, contact paul.michaels@monoc.com and we will make it right.
Acceptable use
Do not submit content you lack the right to share, or use the service to violate any law or third-party right. We may rate-limit, suspend, or decline service to protect the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monoc Securities LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or content you submit that infringes the rights of a third party.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacilitySecurityOfficers.org is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email paul.michaels@monoc.com.
